Dear Trailwood Village Residents, We hope everyone is doing well. As we move through the month, we want to share a few community reminders and updates to help keep Trailwood Village looking its best and running smoothly. Community Reminders Please help us keep patios, breezeways, and common areas clean and free of clutter. BBQ grills should be used safely and never stored or operated in prohibited areas. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening quiet hours. Trash should be disposed of properly and not left outside of units or near breezeways. Maintenance & Service Requests Residents are encouraged to submit routine maintenance requests through the resident portal. For emergency maintenance needs after hours, please follow the emergency maintenance instructions provided by the office. Air filter requests may be submitted according to community guidelines. Office & Communication Be sure your current phone number and email address are up to date with the leasing office so you do not miss important notices. Announcement blasts and community text updates may be used for time-sensitive communication. Looking Ahead This month, our team will continue focusing on curb appeal, community upkeep, and resident service response times.
